Kelland's Kiddie College uses a positive discipline approach. The method of positive discipline is redirecting the child, establishing positive behavior, and encouraging his/her growth.  Our Caregiver's praise the children for doing "right", such as, sharing with a friend.  Under no circumstances will corporal or humiliating punishment be used.  Continuous problems will be discussed with the parents during a Parent, Teacher, and Director conference on a positive approach for correction.
